A: We provide a 12-month warranty against any manufacturing or material defects. Depending on the steel grade and plastic material used.
Q3: What mold steels do you use, and can I choose a different grade?
A: We standardly use premium steels like S136, 2344, H13, 718H, SS420 etc from reputable mills. Yes, you can specify the steel grade. We will advise on the best option for your part material, volume, and cost requirements.
Q4: Do you provide DFM (Design for Manufacturability) analysis?
A: Yes, absolutely. Before manufacturing, our engineering team provides a free DFM report. This highlights potential issues (like wall thickness, undercuts, shrinkage) and optimizes your part design for quality, cost, and mold longevity.

Q8: Who owns the mold design and intellectual property (IP)?
A: Upon full payment, you (the customer) own all rights to the finalized mold design and the physical mold. We sign an NDA and will not replicate or use your design for any other purpose.
Q9: Can you handle the entire process from mold to mass production?
A: Yes, we are a one-stop service provider. We can manufacture the mold and then produce the injection molded parts in our own facility, ensuring quality control from start to finish.
